Climbing itineraries
San Vito Lo Capo is the ideal choice for climbing enthusiasts, thanks to the numerous routes of varying difficulty, but we can assure you that the cliffs overlooking the sea offer indescribable emotions!
Most of the routes can be easily reached on foot from the village and are made up of limestone cliffs with wonderful colours. Climbing heights range from 10m to 40m. The longest routes reach 260m on Pizzo Monaco and 400m on Monte Monaco

The seabed off the coast of San Vito is also full of breathtaking attractions. There are numerous caves, wrecks, shoals and underwater walls to admire.
You can choose between dives of different levels of difficulty to have the experience that suits you best: you can start your diving activity with a first dive or find the right experience if you are a professional diver.
The easiest dives are those at Grotta Perciata and Grotta della Madonnina, while the most challenging is the one at the wreck of the ship Kent, where you descend to a depth of 50 metres.

Thanks to the collaboration between the Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo and the “Disabled no Limits Team”, part of the “A.S.D. Project Diver”, everyone can enjoy the splendid beach of the town. No barriers, free access, but above all activities and assistance from staff highly qualified in the care of people with motor disabilities. In fact, the team supports disabled people in their rehabilitation process, while the sea becomes not only an opportunity for recreation, but also a place for social integration.
